Thanks in advance.

Go to this thread. I posted a method that worked for me in post #79.

Thanks so much. I tried it (awesome directions), however, as soon as I clicked on the 3000.00 offer, it brought me right to my dealers website with no offer. I appreciate the effort though. Thanks again.

Doubt that the window sticker would get changed on cotus if they were able to change it ad hoc

As I said, no news yet from the dealer on if they were able to or not...but I suspect it got changed. Now awaiting to see what dealer will do about it.
Interesting,..I wonder what the real window sticker will show if got changed and how you will be able to tell if it really got changed? Is it a 2WD or 4WD truck?

It would seem like an ad hoc change would be much easier with a 2WD.

I ordered 3.15's on my 2wd when the window sticker came up after it went into production it listed a 3.55 axle. Salesman swears he submitted the order with 3.15's and ford changed it. I suspect they submitted it with 3.55's incase I backed out of the deal or something/ Maybe 2018XLT and I can swap gears! lol

Once the truck is in production they likely wont be able to make changes on it as it would totally disrupt the supply chain. It isnt a matter of just changing the gears they would have to swap out the whole rear end.. When I did they drivers rear seat latch on my truck I saw the sticker on the back of the seat. It had my Vin number on it so who knows how far before it actually went into my truck that sticker went on it.... I highly doubt it was slapped on AFTER it went in

What? Your order went in December 18th and you still have not got your truck? That one of the longest waits for a XLT I've seen. Is there something special about the truck?

Not really... HD Payload, console w/carpet delete... otherwise pretty basic.

If you placed your order 12/18 and Ford didn't accept your order until 3/8, it suggests your dealer did not have the allocation.
