Tracking Thread!! VIN's with Build Dates
Please keep us in the loop, hoping it gets quickly resolved. That is utterly inexcusable.
It took 82 days total for me which included the plant shutdown. Truck got to the dealer a couple days ago but I couldn’t pick it up until today.
HI all. I am new to the forums and I just signed up. After months of browsing thsee forums, I might as well join it. Well anyways I have ordered a Ruby red with stone grey accent with black interior 2018 F150 Lariat screw 4x4 6ft bed. I have every option except for adaptive cruise, power running boards, and inflatable rear seatbelts. It's been ordered on 1/6/18 and is not due at the dealership to be delivered until 4/5/18 according to cotus. I do however have a Vin assigned on 2/15. According to the dealers visibility tracking, it is not scheduled to be built until the week of 3/19.
Even though its not scheduled to be built for 3 weeks, is there anyway I can add adaptive cruise with stop and go before it gets built or is it too late? Thank you in advance.

Second: Maybe. Talk to the inventory manager. They can ask. Since those two things aren’t inherent in the VIN (truck style, engine), then you might be able to, but don’t pin your hopes to it.
Cheers,
