does anyone one know if the tpms learning tool used on a 2013 would also work on a 2015 model? called ford service guy and he said probably not, but he couldn't find a part # for a 2015 , which makes me believe there probably the same

I can confirm the TPMS differs from past F150 models, different frequency I believe.
Pretty sure it's the 315 one

YES. I just did mine. Different sensors, same tool.
