Towing package HELP!
Ok guys, I’ve searched around but can’t find the specific answer to my question. I have a 2016 XL model. It didn’t come with a towing package from the factory. I have added a factory hitch, as well as 4/7 pin connecter thanks to help from everybody here! My question is, I want to add the factory Trailer Brake Controller. I looked behind my dash and the wire is plugged into the back of my little cubby on the dash, BUT I do not have the white box mounted above my pedals. Will I still be able to use the TBC? Thanks!

I think that’s one of the modules for the pro trailer back up assist. It shouldn’t have anything to do with adding the brake controller. You will however have to activate the brake controller with either Forscan yourself or pay the dealer to activate it.
