These caps are surprisingly easy to get off. Unlike the standard mirror caps. Shouldn't take more than a few minutes a side.
Adjust your mirror glass to the center and facing all the way down.
You'll be able to see there's two clips at the top and one clip on the outer side.
Unload those clips with a flat head screw driver and pry off gently, Without pulling the cap off fully. There's one different clip at the bottom~center of the cap. While pulling the cap gently you should be able to see this clip. Slide a small flathead in beside the clip to unload and you should be off. 4 clips in total.

I thought the lariat's came stock with the chrome caps, no? Regardless, it looks way better with the chrome caps than the black plastic, that's for sure!
