Tried searching Ford parts for a set of extendable tow mirrors for my 2016 F150 lariat and cannot find a set with all my current options. Looking for assistance and would consider aftermarket.
BLIS, 360 camera, Puddle light, Spot Light, Turn signal, Heated, Power adjust, Power fold, Dimming, Chrome (not a must have)
Thank you.

I have been living with tow mirrors for five years now. Not sure I would do it again. They only help when towing my big enclosed and otherwise just kill MPG and make noise. In hindsight, I'd consider an aftermarket addon for a standard mirror to use when towing the enclosed.
Once you have them you’ll never go back! I wouldn’t tow anything without them! Mine make no noise and pretty much doubt they affect my mileage! And if they do I don’t care.

I had a set on my last F150 and had no issues. Tried snap on and they are not the same.

Thats strange.
My MPG hasn’t changed one bit. Nothing noticeable when hand calculating. I feel they’re so worth it as they just about completely remove the blind spot along the truck when not towing.
OEM or Boostautoparts is my vote. I did get a set for $250 from American Trucks last fall, they are great, only issue was the top driver mirror glass was distorted (no shake either as reported with aftermarket mirrors). They gave me a $50 credit that I used to purchase OEM mirror glass from them (they sell lots of oem parts on that site). They have heat, blinkers, puddles, power adjust, just the basics. I recently added switchback mirror lights to them which was a pain, but they will come in handy when towing my 31' travel trailer. I had the snap on's and like you said, not the same........Pics of them are in my build thread, last 2 pages.

Guess it depends on how fast you are travelling, except for you as things like Cd don't apply to you. That said, Ford seems to think it matters so I'll stick with them.
Agreeing with the other posts above its certainly worth it to upgrade to the tow mirrors. I have Boost mirrors on my truck and they are far superior to the Amazon version. I used the cheap snap on mirrors as well and the field of vision is not as good as the proper tow mirrors.
