I got a lariat with all the options in the normal mirror! I found some oem tow mirrors on eBay that are fully powered. I'm sure they are plug and play but how do they telescope out if there powered? Do I need to get a new door switch that allows that option? Thanks for the help!

 

If the tow mirrors have exactly the same options as your mirrors (lamps, blis, camera are common Things to check for) then they should be plug and play. You will need to swap out the switch.
