I have a 2019 Platinum, and starting a couple weeks ago, I hopped in my truck started it up and touch screen was blank. the radio was on when I turned it off prevously, so the radio came on. But the only thing I could do was change the volum. Could not even turn radio off. Ever sence that day it only works right when It's been off for awhile. And then it is still slow to load. Today I went out to lunch, when I went to leave I put it in reverse and the back up camra came on, and It stays on when I put it in drive, I had to stop, put it in park, and then back into drive. and then the the screen was blank.
Has anyone else starting having issues like this?

 

Have you put the latest software update in it? Many have had issues like this, Ford has released a fix.

 

I just did the reset procedure. Scaned for updates, it is now updating. Hopefully this will help. Thanks for the info.
