My 2015 F150 XLT/FX4 with just over 3000 miles had an issue yesterday. Pulled out of the garage and the touchscreen was not lit up. At first I thought fuse, then I thought well something had to cause it to blow if it was a fuse so I called the dealership. They brought me a truck to where I work and took my truck to the shop. They called this morning to tell me that the controller/module that controls pretty much everything in that middle section of the dash had failed.
Said it could take a week to get the new one here, installed and programmed...so they are letting me drive the loaner truck, which is a nice 2012/13ish F150 SC Lariat. So I can't complain, but thought I'd give y'all a heads up in case you experience the same failure in your F150's.
