If you change the physical size and capacity of the battery, then you should use Forscan and change it in the computer so it charges properly. As far as resetting the BMS if nothing has changed, then the general consensus is that you don't have to do anything but drive normally and the BMS will learn on its own.

any ideas of where I should start 'looking' for wiring issues? could any of these be a blown fuse possibly?

assuming top rear of engine?
P0010: A Cam Position Actuator – Circuit (Bank 1)
P0013: B Camshaft Position → Open/Short OCV → Bank 1
P0020 Intake A Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit/Open (Bank 2)
P0023 Camshaft Position B - Actuator Circuit (Bank 2)

assuming these will be relatively easy for O2 sensor wiring
P0135: Heated Oxygen Sensor → Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction → Bank 1, Sensor 1
P0141 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2) – Downstream
P0155 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
P0161 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 2) – Downstream

potentially under the truck near the gas tank? or valve near the intake?
P0443 Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit Malfunction
P0446 Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control Circuit Malfunction
P2418 EVAP Switching Valve Control Circuit/Open

unsure of these?
u0155 Lost Communication With Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Control
u0253 Lost Communication With Accessory Protocol Interface Module
u0401 Invalid Data Received From ECM/PCM A
u0452 Invalid Data Received From Restraints Control Module

Unlikely to be a blown fuse. And don't read too much into the codes... all those wires have to get up to the various modules somehow. You could get EVAP codes from a mouse attack on the main wiring harness under the hood, for example.

Your best bet is to get it in the air and just start looking. Look for shavings, pieces of foreign material, etc. that don't belong. If you have one, a black light can help you detect critter ****.

will need to get more time under the hood... but nothing jumping right out at me

Most of those codes are related to the PCM. Do you have a PCM connector that has come unlatched?

I unplugged and replugged all the PCM connectors just to be sure - but no dice... very odd!

There is a ground terminal on the firewall next to the PCM. Most of the sensors which feed the PCM are grounded there. Is it clean and tight?

everything looks solid from the grounds... will have to crawl underneath to see if I can see anything, all else fails it's going to the dealer for some maintenance next week I'll have them snoop it out...

Toadster, just my two cents. Had a rat issue where it chewed the can bus line wire for the power steering control, heads up display, cruise control, and head lights module. Had error codes lighting up my through the Instrument cluster. Truck was in the shop for four days till they found the wire. The wire was located within the hardness behind the engine next to the fire wall. Since you found rat waste, battery insulation damage, and many codes, there probably is a damage wire.
