I went with the painted to match hard fiberglass cover. Don't think I'll haul anything taller than the bed rails. I have one item that I may want to haul, and we haven't tried putting it in there yet, so I hope it fits...if not I may be screwed. But we went this way because it just smooths out the look of the truck quite nicely.
I went with the Leer Trilogy because of recommendations from coworkers.
Cost was $850 from local dealer and it's much nicer than the previous Extang Solid Fold I had. Even compared it next to the Solid Fold 2.0 and came out liking the Trilogy better.
Water tight and just love the lights, very VERY USEFUL!
That looks very nice... Ive been in the market for a hard fold... You may have just swayed my decision to the Leer Trilogy...
