Tonneau and plastic bed protector issues?
Hello. I spent the day reading up on Tonneau covers but didn't find hardly anything with compatibility or compatibility issues with certain Tonneau covers and the plastic bed liner. Does anyone out there have any experience with this?
not many issues...the plastic liners seem to clip over the front rail, but tuck under side rails...so most top mount tonno's work perfectly...ones that have rails in the bed likely still will work with box liner...do you have the liner already? If so decide on a cover and the ask the manufacturer if it will work...Me...I went with a Bed Rug Liner & Tonno Pro Hard Fold...This cover is Awesome, hard & secure cover, but with vinyl covering so no leaking seams, looks good, and price cant be beat from Costco...not to mention 10 year warranty! And Bed Rug is fantastic for my needs

Good suggestion on calling manufacturer. i will do that before i purchase any...
I looked at the revolver..great idea...but expensive...I think the other reason was it is so easy to "break into" a simple coat hanger can reach in and pull the release...so I passed on it....I am NOT a fan of plastic liners...If oyu are in USA Dual Liner was interesting...rubber floor with hard plastic sides...but was too expensive here in Canada...I really like the Bed Rug and for rougher duty look at the Bed Tred...I hate the damage plastic liners do to the trucks painted bed after awhile...though there is also a weathertech thin rubber mat you can buy to go under plastic liners to protect the trucks bed..
