Default Tire Question

Looking for some tire input.

I'm switching out my 20" for 18" sport rims.

I live in AZ, so the weather is sunny most of the time. 95% street driving, but still want some offroad capability.
20" currently has the stock hankook tires.
Trying to avoid increased road noise,

I'm reading good things about Falken Wildpeaks AT3W, perhaps slightly taller tire, 275/70/18 or 65

Truck:
2018 F-150 lariat 5.0 10spd 3.55 4x4 - stock height

In addition to input from this forum, I am a big fan of tirerack.com I don't buy from them, I like the unbiased reviews.

The Falken is definitely a popular tire. Has good road manners but is decent off road. I have almost 40K on mine (Stock size 275 65 18) and they have worn really well, are reasonably quiet and are a good value for the money IMHO. I have heard good things about the Rubitrek as well, it is a little less agressive and more road oriented. I might try those next time as I rarely to never go off road.
