Default Tire Pressure Sensor

Just bought a 2015 XLT Super Crew. Nothing fancy but I love it especially for driving on the beach surf fishing. I air down and back up my tires quite a bit for beach driving. Seems like the air pressure on the dash display is consistently about 5 psi above the reading on my tire gauge. Anyone else have this experience?

Mine is right on with the two gages I checked it against. But interesting coming home from the cottage the other day it was in the 90's and what looked like the tire pressure warning display came up but I couldn't read it and drive 75 at the same time so pulled of the road and checked all tires on the display and three at 41 and one at 42. Got out and looked at them and all looked okay. Happened three more times on the way home.
