Ticking on Acceleration

I have a 2020 f150 5.0 when accelerating I’m getting a bad like ticking sound any help on this?

Could it be an exhaust leak at the exhaust manifold?

Engine knock maybe, have you tried running 93 octane see if that makes any difference?

Could it be an injector? My first course of actions would be gas, add 93 octane and a can of Seafoam gas treatment.
