Default Thumping sound

My truck just started making this thumping noise today from what seems to be coming from the front end. It almost sounds like the sound a flat tire would make but there is no flat. This is driving on normal road conditions on asphalt. Don't hear it until you get to about 25mph or faster. Any ideas on what it could be? I've read on another post it could be the IWE (which the shop fixed or replaced around 2-3 years ago) maybe bad again? There is no vibration in the steering wheel or gas pedal, just a thumping noise.
