Question Throttle Body Issue

So I was installing a 2018 Mustang intake manifold, and had the throttle body off, and while it was off, I turned the blade open once. I got everything back together, and got multiple Advancetrac, HDC, wrench light, service truck, etc warning lights. Sounds like it's all related to throttle body, except I am getting a low engine oil pressure as well, which makes no sense, as I didn't touch anything related to that. The throttle also does not respond when I hit the pedal.
The common thing that relates to all of this is the throttle body of course, anyone have any ideas? No DTC's showing through my SCT X4.

I'd be double checking any touched connector and any removed grounds.

Unplugged battery for an hour....
Starts and runs fine, lots of dash warnings, and the gas pedal is not opening the throttle.....but it idles fine. I’m not able to run it long, as the laundry list of warnings on the dash includes low oil pressure, which is probably not true, as I’m not getting any of the post oil change top end clicking that happens while the oil system refills after being drained. Engine sounds good otherwise.

My money still on connector or ground. Maybe chase the oil pressure sensor wiring first?

I have Throttle position sensor low input, A & B, and oil pressure input low and high. So it appears as though I have lost the reference voltage signal, and nothing is happening or being reported from the TB. Not sure if this is a PCM issue, or what....

I don't know where that ref voltage might come from but, it seems like it might be fused. Maybe you accidentally shorted the connector somehow and blew the fuse. Checking fuses seems worthwhile, or the wring diagram if you have it. There might even be a troubleshooting procedure in a service manual somewhere.
