Thread inserts to bed bolts gone....

Thread inserts to bed bolts gone....
So I had to remove my bed bolts to do my bed liner and when I went to insert them again, like magic, I guess the threaded insert fell out. Anyone know any where to get one of those? Im not even sure if it’s possible to get them back in.
