Just curious, would you buy another one or is it not what you expected or more than you expected, have you had good luck so far with your new F150?
My last F150 was a 2006 and I could not keep brake rotors on that thing, every 15000 miles or so the rotors would warp and cause a hell of a shimmy when applying the brakes,Ford did NOTHING to help me,I just do not want that sort of deal again!

People are not buying over 500,000 of them a year because they love to buy crappy trucks.

My biggest problem is that my wife wants her own!

Only thing that is taking a bit of getting used to for me out here on some country roads you can really feel just how much lighter the rear-end of the truck is when you are on a rough road but im sure I will adapt to the new drivetrain sooner rather than later. I had a 2012 before this and was very good and reliable truck and they have only improved in R&D since then.
Hope this helps

My last F150 before this was an 06 as well, and after it I swore I'd never buy another. But, when my Escape (my ex insisted we get one cause her dad worked for Ford) became just as ****ty as that 06 F150, Ford was kind enough to help me get out of it with out losing my shirt. The only condition was I had to stay with a Ford, I took the F150 and so far I've been happy with it. But then again with my families history with Ford, I'm not holding the bar very high. It runs, it drives, it turns and it stops, so far it's met all the conditions the last two Ford's couldn't. So fingers crossed...

I have had everything from Ford Rangers, F250's, Excursions then went to Nissan and Acura's. Haven't had a Ford in a while now, but this truck is amazing. It rides like a Lincoln compared to the old ones. You will be amazed if you buy one.

I've been a long time Ford fan. Had many cars, SUV's and trucks. I've bounced back and forth over the past 10 years between the Explorer, a Fusion, a 2013 F150 and now my 16 F150. I love this truck and almost everything about it.

I've always driven Silverados until my previous Toyota 4Runner. Loved them all. No big issues with any. But when I needed to get back in a truck I gave Ford a try. Our oilfield trucks at work are mostly Fords. I tried out a 2010 F150 XLT with 62,000 oilfield lease roads miles on it and it was still driving like a dream. So I picked myself up a 2016 XLT and it is amazing. I love everything about it. Wouldn't hesitate to do it again.
