Default Thinset on the bumper!

Hi Guys! First post. I was looking for some suggestions. Somehow thinset mortar has gotten on my rear bumper. I was able to remove it from the chrome part very easily however I haven't put a dent in removing it from the black plastic part. I've tried vinegar and other cleaners. Has anyone run in to this before and had anything work?

If it matters, I have a 2015 XLT, 3.5 Ecoboost and chrome package.

I tried using the car wash with the pressure washer. Are thinking something stronger?

You could post a picture of it but yeah I would probably try a stronger pressure washer, that's how I got a bunch of Portland off mine.

If it was latex modified, it may never completely come off.

have you tried something like this concrete dissolver? I would tape off around where there is no more concrete as im sure this wont be good on the plastic. If it does work and removes the concrete follow up by replacing the oils back into the plastic so it doesn't age faster than the rest.

If all else fails. Its a fairly cheap replacement. I got bumped into at the local drive through and his license plate screws put two holes in mine. Price to have it replaced with labor was 209 CAD at the dealership. Part only 133.63

I would think this chemical would destroy the bumper as well.

I actually found the replacement part from Ford. $90 bucks. I changed it out in about 30 minutes. This seemed like frustrating than trying to clean it to almost new. Thanks for the help, guys!
