Things we hear as a customer!
Perhaps it's time for a little fun or drama? Can you share some of the things you have been told about or your experience with your 2015/2016 F-150 trucks by your Ford dealer or their Service, Sales or Parts Departments or perhaps by Ford. No need to identify the dealer. Did you ever wonder if they are trained to tell us that? Do you think, they think, we really believe them?
Things like the following from a service perspective.
Your the first one, Never heard of that before, That's normal, They all do that, Normal Characteristic, Haven't been able to duplicate, Didn't find any codes, It's fixed, Designed to leak, Received wrong part, Will leak in a car wash, Vibration is normal .…
Let's not leave out sales, parts or Ford. Hopefully we can keep it lite and have a few laughs.
I can only imagine the stories they can tell about us!

Although not a Ford dealer story, I worked part time as a porter over the summer for a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram dealer, and overheard one of the salesmen telling a customer that the Dodge Dart he was looking at was a Dart Hellcat. The customer believed him. I was dumbfounded that people don't do research when they come to buy a car/truck
I'm on the other side of the fence. I can tell you that "wrong part" is real, and happens all the time. I got wrong parts all the time, even working at a dealer. If I had a dollar for everytime I got the right side, when I ordered the left....
And actually some "normal" are also real. Don't know about the 15's, but the 09-14 trucks tailgate cables all have 1 cable that looks not fully taught, when the gate is down. I've replaced about 20 sets of those when I was at my last Ford dealer. No matter how many I replaced, still 1 would look loose. Go out into the lot, and everyone, same thing. So that actually was "normal" or a "characteristic of the truck"

Your trade is really soft. Not much demand in the market so we can't really offer you anywhere near kelly BB trade in.
You should trade it today, next week the nada book comes out and the value of your trade will drop a lot.
Trust me.
