They quit hanging around about 3 years ago, sorry.

I'd start with the dealership, trying to be nice, then escalate the corporate.

Thanks but I am tired of waiting and being nice. I have been waiting since the day I bought my truck to get some issues taken care of that were noted on delivery. I have been waiting since July for a replacement door panel under warranty. It has been SIX months. I told my service advisor that I was going to file a formal complaint.

I think you have to call the phone number or write a letter to the contact information in your owners manual warranty booklet.

And you were going to file a complaint via an Internet forum?

If it bothered you that much you would call them.

I have been a member of many forums that had a manufacturer rep that helped may members get quicker action on issues like this.

Those Ford fakers are still here...just under incognito names! Lurking, reading and watching!

How else do you think Ford comes up with the fixes for all the problems with these trucks?
Think they figure it out themselves?
They come on here and see how real people in real life situations using common sense and good old fashion resourcefulness fix the problems they create!.

Mustang6G is a prime example. Got two issues resolved right away myself. Bimmerpost is another.
