Default Temperature Reading

My sync temperature display is stuck on 29 degrees on my 2018 Lariat. I have tried a master reset and removed/replaced my negative battery terminal, still stuck on 29 degrees. Anyone have any ideas ?

Only Idea is to take it to the dealer and have them fix it under warranty. When it comes to stuff like this, do not attempt to fix it or mess with it. Just take it back and let them do their thing.

The OAT sensor is behind the grille. And on my truck you sometimes have to drive a few miles before the display will indicate the current temperature.
