hello.
i have a 2016 f150 that is supposed to have the telogis unit - i ordered it and it is on my window sticker. the unit, according to the telogis support, was either not activated at the factory or it was not installed. does somebody have a pic of this unit and where it would be under the dash? maybe any numbers that would be on it or what it would be plugged into? i've had the truck over a month - ordered it and it took 3-4 months to get here so the unit should be working. can anybody help? i have been asking the dealership but it looks like they are avoiding the question and not answering my emails. have yet to get a solid answer in over 3 weeks so i would like to get this thing up and going before it gets out of my sight again.
thank you for any help and pics/info. i'm not trying to activate it myself - i just want to look to see if the thing is even there.

 

If you can't figure it out and the dealer won't answer in 3 weeks I'd say the dealer is actively avoiding you and knows it didn't get installed. Drive there, stop emailing, and speak with someone in person and don't leave until it's figured out.
