Has anyone owned this bedliner? If so, would buy one again? Review?

 

I'd consider it more of a mat than a bed liner. I was thinking of buying one but Weathertech says it won't fit if you already have a spray-in. I'm curious as to whether the manufacturing tolerances are really that tight.
