Tailgate Step

The dealer botched my 2019 F150 special order. Now I don't have the tailgate step that I wanted. My question is, is it possible to order and install the parts that comprise the tailgate step into a non -step tailgate? Side note, I have two cameras in the tailgate.

Nope the tailgate is different
