Hey guys.. Anyone have suggestions best way to wire tailgate LED strip light to 2019 SCREW? I considered plugging in to or piggybacking on Trailer wiring but then it does crazy things to truck making it think there is a trailer attached all the time.

Is there a y- adapter available for this truck wiring? Recommendations?

 

Following. Same concern. I want one but don't want to wire it to the trailer plug for the same reason. I think there are some issues with the LKA and BLIS with these too.

 

On my 16 I had to wire it directly to the taillights. It would cause the truck to think there is a trailer connected if I went to the 4 flat connector.
