Default T/S button on gear shift?

I have a 2015 XLT with the console shifter. On the side of the shifter, there is a slider button labeled T/S. What does it do and is it different from sport mode when double tapping the traction control button?

If only there was an owner's manual to review...

First press is tow/haul mode, second press is Sport mode, third press goes back to normal.

May be tow haul/Sport.

Download an owners manual if you don't have one.

T is to put the truck in Tow Mode.
S is to put the truck in Sporrt Mode.

Double tapping the Traction Control button only puts the traction control in Sport Mode, not the engine and transmission.

It's explained in some detail in the owner's manual. Free electronic copies are available from the Ford owner support site.

Sorry, gotta disagree w/you that putting it into Sport mode does not change the tranny: putting it in sport mode really "wakes the truck up", like Bill Carlton of Texas Metal fame loves to say. I drive a lot of two lane roads, and putting it into Sport mode puts the transmission into a lower gear quicker on a hill and doesn't "insist on going into 6th gear" (highest on my 2016/Coyote engine F150) at the earliest chance like it does when it's in normal driving mode. Driving this truck in Sport mode makes it so much quicker by holding onto a gear longer. And yes, it's worse for mileage, but I like using it on my twisty backroads.
