Have a system one ladder rack that I had on my older ford. Got a newer one 2016 ford with an eight foot bed. My older one also had an 8 ft bed . Also the older one and the newer one both are xtra cabs. Of course the rack doesn't fit. Anyone ever modify a system one ladder rack to fit another truck? It's really a shame there not universal, especially how expensive they are. Any idea's? Greatly appreciated
