Default Synch 3 & a Wireless Charger

I like using Sync 3 but I hate having to plug my phone in everytime I get in my truck. I bought a wireless phone charger in hopes I wouldn't have to plug my charger directly in my phone everytime.
Well, that didn't work . Charges ok but doesn't start the Sync .
Anyone found an alternative solution? Tweaking the phone, a wireless charger that does work, etc??
Not looking for answers like 'it only takes a second to plug the phone in".....
Thank in advance!

It's Sync, not Synch
No wireless charger does anything but charge
Phone connects via Bluetooth, I never plug mine in

If your question is regarding Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, you have to connect via USB.

Must be the Android Auto part of it. I like being able to load my Google maps, music, etc, but dont like having to plug it in everytime.

Sync 3 uses an old wireless standard which will never be able to support wireless CarPlay or wireless Android Auto. There are some aftermarket USB Wifi dongles which claim to workaround the problem, but I'm very skeptical and I'm not wasting my time and money to find out how many are scams.

Here is a good example:

Some people claim the that the wireless dongle does work in Fords?

Sure would be nice to have a wireless dongle that also is a wireless charger! Now there you would have something!
