Anyone updated past v2.3 with the 4 inch screen? Everything I see is for the larger screen. i currently have Sync3 v2.3 on 2018 XLT with the 4" screen. Is that as far as it goes? According to Fords site I am on the most recent version.

Did you try logging into owner.ford.com with your VIN to see if there are any updates available?

 

SYNC3 v2.3.17118 is the latest for the 4" 2018 SYNC3 Lite system.

I just checked dealer OASIS.
