Default Sync3 Presets Button Missing

I have a new F150 XLT and did the update to build 19052 but I don't have a Presets button to select the active preset group. I get bars under the 6 preset buttons which represent preset groups (I can select 1 to 4) but the only way I can switch groups is to go to the last station and hit the > button on the steering wheel control and that moves to the next group up. Going to the first station and using the < button moves down a group. I'm trying to get an answer from Ford but no luck so far. Anyone have an answer?

You should be able to "swipe" on the presets to move left and right preset groups.

Yea, you just swipe right or left on the presets to move groups. You should be able to do 5 preset groups I believe.

Yowsa!! Thanks for the replies. That works. I might like this setup better than the one shown on the Sync 3 owners page.
