Sync3/iphone
Has anyone figured out the issue or solution yet to sync3 and iPhone not connecting through USB???? It’s the most frustrating thing ever!!! I have a 2018 F150 and running IOS 18 on my iPhone

One of the below issues likely
- Cable you are using needs replaced (often issue)
- you need to update your sync 3 software. (easy from Ford website or Cyanlabs, both free)
- for some reason your usb ports are broke
If all the above are good, delete phone from truck, delete truck from phone, power cycle phone, re-pair
