Default Sync3 Bluetooth issue
Gunna do cliff notes style

Installed sync3 in my XLT

Can connect my phone, can stream music, can't hear or make phone calls.

Can see the call on the screen

Have done master reset, have pulled fuse
Have disconnected and reconnected the phone

Thoughts?

It was something in the ACM. Not sure what just flashed lucas8888 acm file and I was good to go.
