Default Sync3 APIM second USB port

I recently installed Sync3 in my 2015 F150. During the installation I noticed the APIM has a 2nd USB port. Does anyone know if it is functional? I would love to install a second hub inside the console. At some piont I will pull the stack apart and check it, just thought someone might know and save me the trouble.
THANKS

I may be mistaken and am not questioning you but I thought it could be enabled with FORScan.

May want to review the FORScan sticky to confirm

This is what I was looking for. I printed out and reviewed the forscan spreadsheet but apparently I skimmed right over this.
Thank You
