Cool Sync2 APIM Bluetooth, No audio during connected phone call

Hi All, I realize pretty much everyone has moved to after-maket or upgraded to Sync3 but I have to ask. This last winter on one of our -26 degree mornings, I hadn't started my truck early so I climbed in and got her running, reached over and tapped the radio **** to get the tunes flowing. Played for about a minute then just quit. The truck was running and I hadn't noticed a tick from the front center speaker. I tried several resets, pulled the battery and shorted it to ground, downloaded the Sync2 Update and installed it, still the popping sound from the speaker. Pulled the Fuse and been searching for a solution. I replaced the radio due to it being completely non functioning.

So everything worked perfect except for one thing, When I make a phone call with the Iphone connected Bluetooth, I have Zero volume for the person on the other ends words. That person can hear me though.

I can hear the Sync voice commands and responses for things like adjusting the volume, but I can not hear the Sync2 Voice when it is doing things like announcing possible commands.
I can hear all the music just fine, bluetooth works for everything like normal except this problem.

I do have Annual ForScan, I recently purchased the VLinker, FD+ and plan tomorrow to work on the Forscan tool to get open2 my tablet.

Any Ideas?

Thanks
