Sync update now no navigation??

Sync update now no navigation??

I have a 2015 F-150 that I updated the sync my ford touch to the latest version and now the navigation is gone on it. Did I do some thing wrong? How do I get it back? Thanks guys

when you say updated to latest version - do you mean going from Sync 2 to Sync 3?

Are you sure you had a APIM with Nav?
