I recently obtained the SYNC 3.4 update 14:42 and having issues with my google pixel 4a.

I have the phone plugged into the sync port in the cubby below the radio. The main issue is for placing/obtaining calls I can not hear the person on the other line. I can only make this work by switching back to the phone, via a new screen on the radio. This is useless as the radio comes back on and "hands-free" goes away.

I just obtained the update so the dealer has not been open. Anyone else having issues with calls?

 

Does it work correctly with Bluetooth?

 

Think I was in the middle of an update. Turned on the truck today and was told the update was complete. No issue could be found with the receipt or placing of calls.

 

3.4 I have had this issue on samsung as well.

 

check for an update for android auto and your truck. no more issues on my side, as of now.
