Successfully completed the Sync2 to Sync 3 swap in my 2015 Lariat.
I'm interested now in getting Fordpass to link up with Ford-Alexa.
I realize the Alexa app isn't available in the Canadian store but there are ways around that.
I've downloaded the FordPass app and entered my vehicle.
When I try to add the FordPass skill it tells me I don't have a vehicle associated with my account. I assume this a criss cross of American/Canadian apps confusing each other maybe?
Any others got this working?

Did you get a SYNC3 Connect capable module?
Its not just the SYNC3 system.

Sync connect isn’t going to be possible on an earlier truck, unless you buy the smart link module,

When I try to login into owner.ford.com..it just never logs in.
Regardless it sounds like I need the smart link module.
Is it even available yet or is there a part number for it?
