When I hit the phone button it goes to the phone menu but I can't access any other sub menus (quick dial, phonebook, etc) also I can access the nav and if I click. On the menu in the nav it opens the menu but won't seem to open any of the sub menus. I can change what I'm listening to in the audio menu but can't access the options menu. Everything seems to work on the climate menu. The settings menu is a messed up I can open some menus and not others.​

 

Reset head unit...I don't remember how, search for it. Its a button press combination.

 

I found one on how to reset it before I posted. But it involved going in the settings in the head unit. Which won't work for me. Hopefully I can find more.

 

Turn truck on
Hold radio power and right seek button BELOW radio.
Radio will restart.
