Sync Setting 2015 f150

2015 f150 sync settings stopped working? I will not connect to phone.. I have tried all of the obvious solutions. Now what ??

Try a new cable? Delete the app and reinstall it?

It’s Bluetooth, not a cable.
There isn’t an “app” to uninstall from the Ford... Sync uses a fuse. From what I’m reading..
My phone is the one I want connected, why would I try a new phone..
