Your current display will work on a new navigation APIM. Might be cheaper to just source that and remove your screen. If you can get a package deal, then do it. Only modifications you will need to do is to put your vehicles options from your as build data into the new APIM. Just be careful, its not a 100% swap. If you download your current data into the APIM, you will overwrite the nav/no nav switch. That is the only thing to watch out for.

If you are proficient in ForScan, I would save your as build data, upload all of it to the new APIM and then go turn the switch back on that tells the APIM it is nav capable. But that's me and that's how I've done all of the conversions that I've done for friends and family.

I've found a combo for 350 in my area, I've also seen the units on 4dteck for 1000. Not sure if there is anywhere else to look. My big problem now is forscan. I've never used it. I could tear the truck apart in to a 1000 pieces and rebuild it but I've never played anything programming related. Hopefully I can find someone in my area that is proficient with forscan.

Wouldn't the antenna on the roof need to be changed to a sharkfin type?
