Hi everybody ,

I'm having issues with a couple of thing with my sync system. I cannot get the Ford site to allow me to download and update it says my truck is not available for one but from what I read there is a newer version than what I have.

i also cannot get the sync to download or access my apps. I removed the phone completely from the truck and tried to reconnect it. The only functionality I have is media through Bluetooth and access to my contacts and text messaging. I can’t get any type of maps to work or YouTube music

I have a 2018 F-150 xlt with the 4” screen. Please see the pics attached any help is appreciated.
