Default SYNC issues

HI, I have been noticing some weird issues with my SYNC system in my 2016 F150. When I connected my Iphone 5S, I downloaded the phone book to my truck, and I could have sworn that the voice commands worked fine first few calls, but I since added my Wifes Iphone 6 to the truck as well, and now I can't seem to voice dial anyone in MY phone... I don't know if it somehow is using her phone book, or if anyone else is having weird issues.

Also, my IPOD nano (which is 10 years old but works fine) has issues when I search for songs... If I browse for a file, I find the song, click ok, and it will almost always play a different song. If I choose the same song twice, it plays the same (wrong) song twice... BUT if I search for artist, then pick a song, it will Usually play the right song. Also, it seems that some artists and songs did not index at all. I can't find several songs I am pretty sure I loaded...

I'm not sure if others are having similar issues. I had a Pioneer touchscreen in my last truck, and that was way easier to search, and look for songs than my Sync system...

Shuffle is ON- that will make it pick the wrong song? I think I noticed iff I search for and pick a song, it will turn shuffle off-

I will try turning it off, and then search and see if that helps... Thanks.

Shuffle off in the truck, and all iOS devices too. Any mixture can mess things up! I copied my music to a big USB stick and use that instead. Searching thousands of tunes is still a pain though.

If both phones are in the truck, I think voice commands only work on whichever is set to be the primary phone.

I had shuffle on truck turned off -probably on on my Ipod. I will check that. I do use USB sticks as well, and I may just switch to those as my Ipod is only a 4gb.

My phone is set to primary in the truck, but I may just delete my wifes- we only were using it to play music via bluetooth on a camping trip.
