So caught wind of the new update and looked into it but wanted to check to see if the dealer would do but they gave me the website which I already knew... fair enough I'll give it a go. Bought a flash drive and downloaded it. Like so many I've seen before... NO MEDIA. I called corporate and they will look into it and give me call. I had to go to the dealer for an oil change and they tried to do it but they had no luck and now I have no sync in my truck.. gotta wait til they get a new line and they will try again. I wish they made these updates a little more easier. Glad this is the only issue I have had.
