When I first got my 2015 F150 XLT I got my iPhone paired to my Sync and have been able to make hands free calls, but lately it will let me place the call but I can't talk or hear the call through the speakers and if I receive a call it does not appear on the screen, I have to pick up the phone and talk in to it. I did a master reset and paired my phone again but it still doesn't work with the Sync. Any advice greatly appreciated.

 

Did you delete Sync from your phone after the master reset and before pairing it again?

If you did, I don't have any other ideas.

 

Yea, I did all that. I can hit the sync button and tell it to call a number, it dials but I can't hear them answer, and if someone calls me it doesn't show on the Sync screen.
