Sync Bluetooth issues- stutter
My 2019 F150 XL work truck has the small screen with sync. I connect my iPhone 11 to it and when I’m on phone calls, about every 2 or 3 minutes, it starts to kind of stutter and cut out, almost like a poor satellite connection does when watching a video. Then it comes back to normal for a couple of minutes. When I am playing music through Bluetooth it sounds fine. Just on my phone calls. Any help is appreciated.
Similar issues on my '19 when I have the system read messages. The problem seems to clear up after the second or third message is played.
I've spoken to Ford, my dealer's electronic tech and service manager. They all say they "haven't heard of the issue" even when I play back an audio recording. Suggestions were a full reset (didn't work), upgrade Sync version (didn't work).
