Bluetooth in sync completely quit, have updated software and done a master reset. Also pulled sync fuse. None of our phones will connect. Sync doesn't see our phones and our phones can't see sync. Can not get an appointment until 2nd week of April to have it checked. Anyone have any other ideas I can try in the meantime? I have looked at several videos and done everything they did but nothing has worked so far. Thanks

 

I THINK it might be your phone's Bluetooth settings. Occam's Razor - Try turning off the phone Bluetooth, reboot the phone and then try to connect. The search function might be working slower than expected. I had a similar problem with my wife's Santa Fe until I did that and now it's fine. Just an idea.

 

Tried all of that. Will not connect to any phone.

 

Wow, 2nd week of April, that's 2 months. That stinks. Maybe try a different Dealer?
