Being a SW developer and first line support person in a company with a lot less $$$ to make issues better, it amazes me Ford has not resolved this issue yet. Poor Poor customer support at all levels.

 

What issues do you want resolved? And here is a question that might show I'm an idiot....but this MFT software can't be too complicated, as far as basic functions, so why doesn't one of you tech guys just re-write some code and make a good version of it, then sell it to everyone?
