I have a 2018 Plat, from day one I notice that sometimes when I restart truck my radio volume goes down to maybe 5 or 6. I then turn up to 11 and maybe a few days to a week it does it again. I have done master reset and also upgraded to V3.0. Still no change. One thing I would add is when I got truck it was still in transport mode, I took it out of transport mode myself, I'm not sure this has anything to do with my volume problem but when it was in transport mode the radio did weird stuff like star playing when I start truck and volume was low.
